We are hiring for a hybrid Technical Program Manager responsible for product introduction as defined by customer specific requirements. Fundamentals of the role involve working closely with customers to collaborate and negotiate performance based scheduling metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Manage programs from early inception through design & development
- Manage customer expectations
- Resolve technical or scheduling issues for program success
- Solution how company product line can interface with customer systems
- Coordinate project activities with requirements of government regulatory agencies
Qualifications:
- Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of experience in design & development of electro-mechanical products
- Experience working directly with customers
- Project Management skills
- PMBOK best practices experience is nice to have
- Experience working in a regulated industry; aerospace & defense preferred
